Every piece an edition of one. Some pieces took weeks. All of them took years. Most are placed privately; the few that remain are released by inquiry — in the order conversations begin.

Most art announces its effort. The gesture, the process, the emotion — all of it made visible, performed, justified. I understand the impulse. Making something from nothing is terrifying, and the process can feel like the only proof that the work means something.
My work is organic but intentional. Slow, thoughtful and done with respect for the surface, the space, the person who will eventually live with it. I don't document the process. I don't perform it. When the piece is finished I can stand beside it, own it completely, and be judged alongside it without needing to explain what went into it.
In a truly present state, the intricacy of a simple leaf can bring a person to tears. It doesn't need to be more than it already is.
For me, the journey of a decade has been in developing the courage to do less. To let go of the need to prove that I can do more. To allow the space and the light to bring a piece to life.
Two spaces — already deeply resolved — where the right piece was the final thing needed. Introductions through Vecchio Home or Velvære are welcomed; they are not required.
Velvære sits within Deer Valley's East Village — a private ski-in/ski-out community at the absolute pinnacle of mountain living. Every residence is built with an obsessive level of intention.
“The right piece doesn't decorate a room. It completes it.” — Jacob Vince · On the commission · 2025
